The Challenge

Function of Beauty is a fast-growing digitally native brand spending millions on Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels. They needed help building out TikTok asa channel and struggled to scale up their spend.

Function of Beauty also needed help producing quality TikTok native content for the platform, at the speed necessary to win on the platform.

The Solution

To grow spend on TikTok, Integral produced a foundational set of platform native content to test performance increases. We then needed to set up a creative testing strategy once we proved our foundational creatives work in conjunction with an audience testing strategy. Setting up these testing frameworks, as well as rapidly iterating on creative allowed Function of Beauty to win out on the channel.

The Results

Once we deployed our initial creatives, we quickly began to see efficiencies in their paid campaigns. Within 2 weeks, we were able to reduce their CAC by 48%.

The Challenge

Nudge approached Integral to grow from thousands of users in San Francisco to millions nationwide. Their ad strategy is geographically specific. Nudge wanted to do 2 things:

1. Increase their current user base in active cities.

2. Increase awareness and user base in new cities

The Solution

Integral optimized customer acquisition for their free program by aggressively iterating on performing creatives testing different creative styles, ultimately realizing a hashtag challenge helped not only hold acquisition costs, but increased organic growth by 30%.

Integral drew learnings from existing markets to effectively launch new markets with consistently lower customer acquisition costs by running A/B value proposition messaging tests in incumbent cities.

The Results

We were able to find their best performing City creatives in 3-4 days instead of multiple weeks. Our new creatives saw 18-20% conversion efficiencies off the bat.

The Challenge

Octi was re-launching after a year+ of product development. Our goal was to resonate with a Gen-Z audience while driving app downloads on TikTok. However, we wanted to scale our spend quickly in order to keep momentum for launching on the App Store. In order to do this, we needed to test rapidly across many campaigns.

The Solution

In order to grab the attention of Gen-Z Integral worked with some of the larger creators on TikTok: Michael Le (51.4m), Javier (16m), Shluv (100m+). Our creative team worked to produce content that emphasized a download CTA without degrading the native feeling of the content.

The Results

Within 7 days, Integral spent over $180.000 driving app installs with an average CPI (cost per install) of $.47. Unlike a typical campaign, we were quick to slash creatives that were not performing to maintain our CPI. With this spend and profitable CPI, we were able to maintain Octi top 20 in the app store for over a week.

The Challenge

Beam was struggling to optimize their conversions campaigns for bottom of funnel acquisition. Beam had trouble exiting the learning phases of campaigns as they had no creative testing plan in place. This lead to low conversion volume and expensive CPAs.

The Solution

Integral recognized that Beam's core issues lied with an untrained pixel as well as a lack of testing framework for their creatives and campaigns. After a thorough creative diagnostic, Integral put together a testing framework (see below). After production, we went live with broad audiences, then started to narrow our audience demographics as we began to spend and actualize.

The Results

Our testing framework and creatives resulted in exiting the learning phase far quicker: 2 weeks to 6 days. We also actualized a 312% increase in total event volume from 296 to 926 per week. This led to a 82% CPA decrease ($108.60 vs$19.53). We also identified three new audience segments to target as we began to scale spend.

The Challenge

Portal's goal is to serve every service business SMB that needs a client portal. On their own, they struggled to identify messaging that resonated with their different client verticals as well as battled rising customer acquisition costs as they aimed to increase their spend.

The Solution

Integral identified Portal's highest value customer verticals through vigorous value proposition messaging tests, manipulating creative and copy served to similar audience sets. Integral quickly learned which messages aligned with certain verticals. After re-segmenting campaign structure, Integral also shifted Portal's campaigns to CBO (campaign budget optimization) in order to better test new audiences. In addition, another learning was shifting away from dynamic creatives. This allowed us to extract more granular creative insights, resulting in more efficient creative iterations for specific verticals. All of the above changes allowed for Integral to increase spend while maintaining our target customer acquisition cost.

The Results

Integral clearly defined Portal's client verticals, creatives that resonated with specific industries, and audiences that were most likely to convert into paying customers. The creative changes implemented led to a 20% click through rate improvement. This allowed us to scale Portal's digital spend 3.33x their initial amount while maintaining CAC efficiencies. We are actively continuing to scale Portal's spend while testing additional channels.

The Challenge

Extra's mission is to make credit building safer, smarter, and more accessible for everyone. Extra approached Integral to help grow TikTok as a paid media channel. Extra had a few pressing challenges. Overall, they had trouble maintaining their customer acquisition costs while scaling their spend. Extra also had a large content funnel, but they had difficulty figuring out a testing strategy with their pre-existing creatives that did not inflate costs significantly.

The Solution

In order to help them achieve their goals of debit card dominance, Integral had to overhaul Extra's ad manager. The first step taken was properly training Extra's TikTok's pixel by running campaigns against each sign-up stage. This gave Integral the ability to run long-term customer acquisition campaigns without increasing customer acquisition costs. Integral also had to rethink campaign structure to test multiple audiences while customer acquisition costs remained stable. In tandem with campaign restructuring, Integral set up a creative testing plan and creative refresh cadence that allowed us to scale Extra's spend well into the 6 figures without creative fatigue.

Finally, a robust retargeting funnel with bottom of funnel oriented creatives was built out to re-engage users who did not complete the sign-up process.

The Results

Integral scaled spend up to 4x the initial launch budget. After Integral was able to implement a creative testing strategy and define new campaign structures, we were able to determine the difference in performance between creative cohorts we were testing. This led to customer acquisition cost decreasing by 73%.
